AJDC Members are winners in International Pearl Design Competition.

The Cultured Pearl Association of America (CPAA) announced the winners in the U.S. division of the 11th Annual International Pearl Design Competition (IPDC) on February 9, 2021. AJDC members Paul Klecka, Alishan Halebian, Lydia Tutunjian and Barbara Heinrich were announced as winners. 

Paul Klecka won the President’s Trophy for his Matariki Rising Golden South Sea Pearl ring, and the Spotlight Award for showcasing Golden South Sea Pearls.

Lydia Tutunjian of Alishan won the Fashion Award for her Play Among the Stars earrings featuring Freshwater Pearls.

Alishan Halebian of Alishan won the Visionary Award for Classic Styles for his Freshwater Coin Pearl ring.

Barbara Heinrich was an Honorable Mention for her Feather Necklace of Freeform Freshwater Pearls.

Adam Neeley was a finalist in the competition for his Aubergine Tahitiona Pearl and Purple gold earrings.
